He is doing just fine right now going slow and steady toward inauguration day.

No need to stir things up right now.
That's what Trump is doing.

Biden wants to be the parent in the room while Trump is throwing temper tantrums.

of any legitimate lawsuit, if warranted, if there are any. Nor "throwing a tantrum" either.

It means any legitimate claims are ignored just because you are ahead.
