The folks organizing PA canvassing did a hell of a job.

I was in Philly for the last few days before the election. Not sure how much I accomplished because other canvassers had spoken to people and a lot of them had already voted.

One thing in particular was that when we were trained, it was drilled into us that we were to explain to voters who were planning to mail their ballots that it was too late and they wouldn't arrive by Election Day, and to help them plan to vote in person. I thought I'd heard there were three days of leeway but the Pennsylvania people did not leave this to chance in case those votes got challenged.

Anyway, a very organized and effective effort by them.

Many times because their votes matter more than Delaware's

BUT.... They have always been well organized by enthusiastic and dedicated staff and volunteers.
