He is Our Great President, and we should support Him!
So here we are once again greeting you again from the diner once more again. And our discussion topic for today is Who will win the election? We were going to talk about when the election will be but some people are saying that it was last week although other people might think that maybe that is fake news if you ask them which I have not asked them yet so stay tuned. And if it was last week I might have to leave early to go vote today before the voting poles close because I was busy all last week.
But until we find out when the election is I think we will talk about who won. I read there in the paper that the one fellow got 290 of those electric votes and the other one got 217 but the rest of them are missing. I think if you watch the teevee you will see it seems that somebody could have put some of the electric votes in a mail truck and set it on fire so the big lawyers are all taking this to the Four Seasons to try to sort it out. I think that is why they are digging up the front lawn. Until then we can only do our best to try to figure out which is bigger 290 or 217? So we were talking about this and trying to ask Flo for free re-fills on our coffee and when she brought it she asked if we would like some dum-as-pie and I asked what flavor it was and she said well dum-as which I had never heard of so I said sure so she brought it but I thought it tasted like rhubarb to me but she said just dum-as-pie which I had never heard of
So after we talked it seems that you can figure out which of 290 and 217 is bigger by asking which one can you subtract from the other. So I can't subtract 217 from 290 because I was never very good at math which means 217 is bigger than 290. But then Flo came by and said she could subtract 217 from 290 so in her world 290 is bigger than 217. This is what we call a difference of opinion. Then Flo said something about dum-as-pie but everybody said no thanks because we already had some and it tasted like rhubarb
So that is what we are talking about
