Seems eerily similar in claims to the Wayne County, MI suit (which has been noted as multiple examples of extraordinary lack of knowledge of how elections are actually performed)

Under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, fraud claims have special, heightened pleading requirements. Additionally, frivolous fraud claims can open you up to sanctions from the court.
So, long story short, they probably will be penalized.

(4,737 posts)Per the Wiki, "A single action, even a frivolous one, is usually not enough to raise a litigant to the level of being declared vexatious. Rather, a pattern of frivolous legal actions is typically required to rise to the level of vexatious."
I'd certainly say Mr. Trump is starting to show a pattern of frivolous legal actions; I understand right in the middle of all this would be a bad time for it but I wouldn't be shocked if he's declared Federally Vexatious after all this blows over.
