Gerrymandering of legislative districts--state AND Federal.
Vote suppression; restore Voting Rights Act!

For starters.

automatic registration at age 18...or, in some states, when you get your driver's license.
If the military can lay dibbs on you at age 18, Uncle Sam surely can.

The USPS, for example, needs some arms-length autonomy to keep future Dejoys from screwing with mail-in ballots. Tangential to the election process itself but part of the systematic abuse of the current administration.

Add a task force to prosecute voter intimidation and actual organized vote fraud. I'd like to see legislation putting teeth into the part of the 14th Amendment dealing with states where voters are disenfranchised, but the real problem here is that it was the President, not states acting independently, who organized the disenfranchisement - and there's no penalty for that. We need one.

While I'm at it, put it in writing that the President can be changed with felonies while in office like anybody else. You'd be less likely to urge your supporters to vote twice if it was clear you would be liable for voter fraud.

And whatever it is that Speaker Pelosi is up to with the proposal to establish a commission to evaluate the President's capacity, assuming they can figure a way to keep it apolitical.
