that he lost. The only problem was they let those blacks vote for once. Even the letter by the two Senators to the GA SoState had that as an undercurrent.

Imagining those 18% being told, well we will be taking you to G.Bay until you decide something, because it's not safe for us with you wishy washy, mentally unstables in that large of a quantity around?
