Wonder how much longer that will last?
Both The Atlantic and Newsweek had pieces on this today.
So yeah, people in the legal profession are starting to discuss this possibility out loud.

(82,383 posts)That's what Rule 11 is for. When you are not filing to recover anything, but for some other reason, to intimidate or annoy or in this case, to get publicity. These lawyers don't realize that?
