How many bunkers can Putin have? Another bunker is being built in case of nuclear war. People inside of Russia really to remove this lunatic and break that corrupt system

4. The Russians have protection for at least some of their people.

The massive subway systems of St. Petersburg and Moscow were build to be nuclear war shelters. They are very deep underground. I have been on both and they are far ahead of any American subway system in terms of engineering.

I really don't understand the point of the OP. We have shelter systems for our leadership. Why wouldn't the Russians (and Chinese) have the same?
