1. Biden will be doing warm up exercises prior to his first day in office.

Signing executive orders, and reversing all the ones made by dumpster fire!

6. Some of what trump tried to do has been stalled in the courts.

Also, I believe that many big companies, including oil, mining, timber and auto manufacturers, have held off on making new investments to try to take advantage of trump's actions in anticipation that this could happen.

What has done a lot of damage is the big trade war that trump started.
