HAHAHA: Trump-Appointed Judge Throws Out Trump Campaign's Inadequate Lawsuit Against CNN

A Donald Trump-appointed federal judge on Thursday dismissed a libel lawsuit filed by the president’s re-election campaign, which alleged that CNN intentionally published false statements about the administration’s solicitation of election assistance from foreign governments. The decision marks yet another legal defeat for the president in the week since he lost the election to Democratic challenger Joe Biden.

Trump obviously believes that he OWNS all the judges he has appointed, that they all HAVE to rule in his favor on anything that comes along, because they OWE him their seats. Dumbfuck doesn't realize that not everyone looks at things from a purely transactional standpoint, because it's the only standpoint he knows!

I can't wait for the movie... there will be enough first-hand accounts of what went down. It will be fascinating to watch him self-destruct. I'd be willing to bet that Big Mac's are the only "pleasure" that he had his staff bring to him in the middle of the night.

He's probably worse than Francis Underwood.

As the op-ed on CNN noted: "Trump to ABC: I'd take dirt on a 2020 opponent"

In an excerpt from an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos published on Wednesday, the president pushed back when asked whether a candidate should report information on an opponent if it came from a foreign agent, and denied that accepting the information counted as election interference.

“It’s not an interference, they have information — I think I’d take it,” Trump said. “If I thought there was something wrong, I’d go maybe to the FBI — if I thought there was something wrong.”

“It’s called oppo research,” he added.

Stephanopoulos pointed out that FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress that a candidate should offer that kind of information to the agency, but Trump flatly rebuffed the notion: “The FBI director is wrong.”

When the candidate says in public "we'd use information from a foreign agent", they are clearly leaving open seeking help.

They can allege actual malice and regime. Although they might want to keep Rule 11 in mind.
