When Trump is no longer president after January 20th

will he lose his power of pardoning himself or other people? Assuming that he does lose that power, should the Democratic Party sue Trump for fraud in the election system for sabotaging the postal service, knowing that because of the pandemic it was going to be needed for electoral purposes more than ever. He deprived it of necessary funds and hired a major donor to run the postal service. (more like, run it into the ground). Can he be sued for other frauds that he committed while president but without action taken until he is officially out of office.

I don't think any court would hold the DNC has standing to sue Trump for sabotaging the USPS, however; in general, it's very hard to sue a president for anything he did while acting as president. Principles of sovereign and discretionary immunity protect government officials from personal liability for acts they took in their official capacity.

will nominate a SERIOUS Attorney General who will be working for the American people and not serving as a personal counsel for the President - just as the "Founding Fathers" had planned it.
If so, I'm SO hoping that there will be serious investigations into ALL of the crimes that this mis-administration has committed and that there will be a serious effort made to restore integrity and honor into our own democratic government.

CLIFF NOTES: Go Get Him and FRY HIS ASS!!!!!!!!!
