When Facebook deleted Russian misinformation posts and accounts all my Q ‘friends’ were complaining that Facebook was deleting the wrong accounts. Perspective is everything

Hell, most of them believed Colbert's act, should be easy to dupe the fools.

I am going to turn up the stoopid to 11 on everything...and even THAT might not be enough to stand out...

You know, freedom of speech. Of course it's only free if the owners of the site agree with what is said.

Its not "par-lay" (as the French pronunciation would be)...more like "par-lur" (with a heavily slurred second syllable)...

Republicans are wrapping themselves in the warm embrace of victimhood with this "deplatforming" talking point.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deplatforming

I don't see it that way. They have been purposefully "flooding the zone with shit" as Steve Bannon puts it. The lies, the conspiracy theories, the projecting about fake news, the distractions, the nonsense.

They didn't get deplatformed, they got moderated. There is a difference. All conversations have to have ground rules in order to be civil and fair and productive. They can take a time-out in Parler until they learn to respect them.

was nauseating, it's too bad everyone wasn't leaving Facebook. I know the nutcases are leaving for a whole different reason and I see Parler becoming the modern equivalent of free republic over time.

Guessing Hitler would have loved to be able to rant and spray spittle with all his cultists in one place.

Well, we'll see how this goes. They're bad-trouble makers and will do that wherever they gather, but that doesn't mean they won't continue to self defeat. And they're scaring people, which is good.

The last conservative forum I was on had a rule against criticism of religion. That included respectful criticism. As an atheist or skeptic, 100% of what makes you you is fair game to be ridiculed over there. But a big big part of what makes them them is sort of roped off.
