Miami-Dade Cubans are a fairly insane group of unpredictable voters, but the largely Central American and Mexican populations in South Texas to shift their loyalty to the GOP and Trump? WTAF is that about?

To have a man authorize the kidnapping and caging of immigrant children, to be called "rapists and murderers", to have a bloodthristy chant of "build that wall" hurled at you because of this man and to STILL shift your votes towards THAT?

Unfathomable.

This needs to be heavily researched. Losing the expected influx of Latinos into TX would be a disaster.
