The rethug legislatures aren't going to destroy their careers in an attempt to save his ass, which would fail anyway, the courts are pummeling every bullshit lawsuit, and he'd have to flip at least three or four states to even get to 270 even if he did find some people dumb and corrupt enough to help him.
