(2,336 posts)Unless one literally was in quarantine before and after and saw absolutely no one else, maybe then. Still difficult though.
I do think businesses could be held liable if they force employees to work and don't provide adequate PPE. Just my opinion.

(2,174 posts)In the case of a bartender he is serving drinks to someone who,because of the drinks, is becoming less and less capable of judging their own condition. In the case of any sort of gathering where attendees are actually paying an admission fee and who in fact have access to any information that tells them that it is pretty unsafe to do so and do so regardless. I doubt seriously that the person who arranged the event is any more responsible than the attendees.
