by not allowing a smooth transfer during this interim period between administrations. Trump is a vindictive SOB and he's doing this so that when things go awry in the early beginnings of the Biden Administration - he and the Repugs will have ammunition to criticize Biden and the Dems.

Biden and the Dems need to get in front of this now and loudly shout that Trump is doing this deliberately and that if the transfer of info doesn't go smooth with respect to the pandemic and the potential upcoming vaccine and its distribution - that any blame will fall on Trump and the Repugs.

Like put Ivanka, Jared, and Melania in prison, that depth of prosecution. Might have to make some Red State an open air federal prison.
