Transition?

There is nothing to transfer. None of the work has been done in months. Everyone has to kiss Trump's ass, competent staffers were replaced by loyalists ages ago. No one does anything without his say so. And he doesn't know what they are supposed to be doing except fluffing his flaccid ego. Joe needs to start from scratch.

The more decimated things are the quicker they need to get up to speed. It isn't good enough to just assume they have to start from ground zero. We need to see the data, intelligence and existing conditions that are being withheld.
