dates of several state certifications has passed but I can't find anything on Google.

Meanwhile, I'm guessing the websites of the various secretaries of state for each place would be where to go to see if they've certified.

and ballots postmarked by 8PM on 11/3 still have until tomorrow to arrive. There are still about 450K unprocessed ballots per the Secretary of State's website, and if they all break for Trump - well, it will barely put a dent in Biden's 5 million vote lead in the state!

13. They don't certify til Dec 11 so they have plenty of time. CA isn't in question, anyway. I suspect

the question in the OP was referencing the major battleground state deadlines that Trump has tried to question and the last of these certifies 11/23.
