meaning they might be checking everything over not just once, not just twice, but three times to make sure what they are going to deliver is as good as they intend it to be.

like the latest on troop withdrawal and so on, but Dems have to set better standards than the always late Killa Con. This is already 30 minutes late.

Hopefully this is not their fault, and hopefully it will not become habit to be late.
