(33,643 posts)3. WSJ of course seems to be parsing this in a way as to make it sound nefarious that they were counted
When in fact SCOTUS (Justice Alito, no less) said it was fine to count them, they just needed to know the what the count was, distinct from the ones received before the deadline.
