Something along these lines ...
1) Any new construction not expressly authorized and fully-funded by Congress in the budget will be halted on January 21, 2020,
2) Any eminent domain cases in process will be immediately halted,
3) Written/completed agreements to sell property to the Government made voluntarily by property owners will be honored, but wall will likely not be built on that land,
4) Any wall that was recently newly erected without a full environmental impact assessment will fast-tracked for immediate review to see if there is an environmental reason for the wall to be taken down, and if reasons are found, that part of wall will be razed,
5) Any wall built on Native American lands without the approval of Tribe leadership will be razed IMMEDIATELY.
Any other thoughts on what you'd like to hear?

(70,683 posts)most was repairing already existing stuff, and some (private pay?) was falling down. It will speak louder than rhetoric just to let it die on the vine, as the Repuke phrase goes for their attempts to slash social programs.

I'd very much to see it come down. But I think it's politically smart to find reasons to remove it that don't come off like "it's being torn down cause Trump sucks".
