Biden Breaks 79 Million Barrier-Leads by 5,696,835 Votes

BIDEN: 79,013,759 votes 50.9%

DUMP: 73,316,921 votes 47.3%

MSNBC estimates 4,208,901 votes remaining mostly in heavily Democratic areas including about 2 Million in New York. Biden might end up with close to 82 Million and 7+ Million Lead

Small states are overly represented while heavily populated states are under represented. But we've discussed that here until we were blue in the face.

Since states won't ratify such a change, could we have a constitutional convention? Or is that too risky?
