Anybody else having problems with Xfinity streaming or play back?

Just curious because i have been talking with them for three days and can't get a resolution for the problem we are having with frequent interruptions of play backs and logging out unexpectedly.

Had a weird 1 day thing with On Demand a week or 2 ago.
And, my wife streamed something on peacock this weekend. She didn't mention anything wrong.
I haven't streamed anything since Halloween. That night I used xfinity stream on my WiFi TV so I could monitor Tue goodie pails from a distance and still watch TV.
No problems then, but that was 18 days ago.
Hope this gets straightened out soon.
