Don't kid yourselves. Trump and the republicans would happily walk away with the W if he could.

They don't care about democracy, propriety, or the damage it could cause. They care about raw power. So if could get a couple states to flip no matter the means, they would take it. That's why what the republicans are doing is dangerous threat. And even if they don't get away with it this time, they might the next time.
