Does anyone think Trump will crash the market before he leaves?

The fed has been dumping billions of dollars a week into the markets and the banks. Do you think Trump will order that stopped about a week before he leaves? He did say back in June of last year that if he was not reelected, you will see the biggest market crash ever. Just wondering if any stock market people out there had an opinion on this. I pulled my market funds off to the side thinking he might do this.

2. No. That is one of the few things he's proud of and would love to set Biden up for

it to inevitably drop for more than a few months. Market isn't the economy, but it is one of those markers that people recognize.

As far as pulling stocks out, it sure seems poised for loses at some point.

His latest attempt to put an idiot on the Board of Governors was rejected in the Senate.

Pay attention when Trump claims the economy is going down the drain if he is not reelected.

He is telling us what condition he is going to leave the country in.

Update it slightly now that Biden has won.

I am not too sure the Fed would do this by turning off the money flow just because Trump said so. The market is for the most part overbought and will fall on its own. trump would love to say see, I told you should have reelected me.

He will never be held accountable because the media continues to give him an idiot pass even as he commits crimes in plain sight..

6. Thom Hartmann floated this possibility a couple of months back.

I always listen to what Thom Hartmann has to say, but I couldn't gauge how serious he was about this, since his theory depended on the cooperation of Fed Chair Powell, so for the most part I dismissed it. (Jay Powell is not going to help Trump crash the stock market.)

But there are other ways he could accomplish this.

I'm not putting a single thing past Trump. He will hurt anybody at this point, even his rich friends. He's beyond caring.

He can't raise interest rates to 6.5% overnight, and I doubt he will start a nuclear war between now and then, so unless he kidnaps Warren Buffett, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates and whoever is running Apple these days, I don't see it happening. Warren Buffett has been buying up Pfizer stock like crazy of late, and his BRK.A stock has gone up about 15% in the last two months. Somebody thinks some sectors will stay pretty healthy, anyway. Texas Instruments has catapulted up 15% in the last month as well, although I doubt they have anything to do with vaccines. So there seems to be some support in several sectors.
