He said he won't be telling his justice department who to investigate or not investigate. It's up to the justice department and, I imagine, the congress whom to investigate, not the president.

Thank you! This poll mischaracterizes things and serves no useful purpose. It perpetuates a wrongheaded interpretation (intentionally?) and only creates doubt, division and resentment.

I appreciate that you took a moment to put everything back into perspective.

be involved or should prosecutions be left up to the States and the AJ...I find this a back door way to attack Biden...and I seriously think that is an awful thing to do when he hasn't even been inaugurated and is facing a huge mess...priorities my friend. The first thing we need to go is save lives and the economy and work towards not losing the House in 2022 ...and endless investigations would jeopardize it.

But it certainly does appear a lot of people are inferring that argument exists... whether by failure to rationally examine the full story, or simply to engage in division, who knows?

Hatch Act, things Mueller already let him off the hook for, and the like, would not result in conviction and would mire the country in more divisiveness, IMO.
