I called my state's Senators (Graham and Tim Scott) and my area's Representative (Timmons) just now.

I covered three points.

1-Congress needs to pass a new stimulus package. People are hurting. there’s a lot of people that can’t pay rent or buy food or pay for utilities without stimulus money.

2-The Trump administration needs to work with Biden‘s transition team so they can hit the ground running when Biden takes office. Especially in regard to forming a plan to deal with Covid, distribution of the vaccinations, etc.

3-The president not accepting the election results is damaging to the United States’ prestige internationally. It also sets a bad precedent in the US. It lowers respect for elections.

Yall please feel free to borrow from this if you want to call your representatives and senators.

I’m posting this because I think it would be a good idea if some of us posted what they said to their senators and representatives, That way we don’t all have to keep reinventing the wheel. We can change the wording, of course.
