I am confused as to what the Michigan Republican legislators could do. Even if they could "decertify" then what? The popular vote was overwhelmingly for Biden in Michigan I believe. Don't electors by law have to vote the way the voters did?

Just seems like too many layers to get to what Trump wants. Then he would have to do it in another batch of states. By then I would think people would be in the streets and businesses shuttered.
