a writ of mandamus ( an order requiring an official to do her duty). Usually the losing candidate concedes and that become the bright line where transition can begin. Apparently nobody in Congress anticipated an insane, traitorous, fascist, malevolent nincompoop as President.

How he handles this matter/crisis will have real consequences.

I saw his press conference and I felt really relieved to hear adults, but I was also satisfied (for now) with his judgment regarding the GSA and trump's frivolous lawsuits.

I appreciate his trying to take the high road, to the point of not investigating trump too much, but he needs to show some strength at some point and not get walked on by these people. I wonder if Kamala is behind this--talk about strength.

Sue to have GSA conform to the law. Insist the GSA administrator sign it per the fact that Joe Biden is the apparent the winner as specified in the law. If not hold her in contempt and jail her butt until she signs it.

the preparation for administration of vaccines gets pushed back by weeks. She will be directly responsible for the deaths of many more Americans.

Going to include that in my next email to her - she'll be directly responsible for more deaths.

TY!
