Thanks to everyone who’s said such kind things after I talked about Susan’s COVID experience tonight.

Prayers are very welcome.

If there’s one other thing we could ask, it’s to please find new ways to show support for health workers where you live.

And slow the spread. Please.

4. This was what I was afraid of was happening the last few weeks w/ Rachel off air

I was pretty sure that this scenario is what was happening - I thought to myself that they would tell us if Rachel herself had COVID (ie like Chris Cuomo) and then wondered why she wasn’t broadcasting from home. But then it occurred to me that it was her wife or a child at home sick and that the situation didn’t allow for her to be broadcasting, nor should she.

This could be any of us folks.

Stay home - stay safe. No thanksgiving this year so there can be many more in future.

... Susan is going to get well! Honestly, I thought Rachel was combining quarantine with some vacation time... there was something "missing" with this story. It sure makes sense, now. Stay well, Susan & Rachel!
