Broadcast News - the movie the Albert Brooks clip in your video is from - has a scene in it that was filmed at GSA. The scene is towards the end, set in an auditorium. That was GSA's auditorium. I worked at GSA then (am retired from GSA) and remember the excitement of having movie stars in the building. I managed to catch a glimpse of William Hurt (also in the movie) but not Albert Brooks that day.

it's hilarious.

Seeing those videos of Rudy, well, he's just creepy and nasty. All the people standing there, and he's the only one constantly mopping his skullface. One can only imagine how rancid his clothing becomes after being his sponge all day.
