MI law is very clear on this, the winner of the popular vote is the winner of the electoral votes, no if, and's or but's about.

(10,130 posts)I wouldn't put it past him to try. Anyway, since he summoned them to DC, doesn't this fall under federal jurisdiction since he's tried to commit a crime across state lines?
ETA: it's even better that it would be a violation of the state laws by the legislators: MI's Democratic Attorney General and Governor would be more likely to apply the state law.
