There are discussions currently underway with Trump about inviting Republican state legislators from Pennsylvania to the White House.

The deadline for counties in Pennsylvania to certify their totals is Monday.

If they do, I will immediately call upon Pennsylvania’s Democratic Attorney General, @JoshShapiroPA to open a criminal investigation for bribery and criminal conspiracy. Trump would not be able to protect them from prosecution and jail time.

Rep. Pascrell Jr. seeks to disbar Giuliani and 22 other Trump lawyers
He said attorneys were attempting to 'demolish democracy'

By Daniel Israel -November 20, 2020

The whole thing is just theater anyway with no actual chance of working, so it's nice to see people threatening the use of criminal charges to turn back what is definitely a criminal conspiracy.

BTW I wasn't sure who the tweeter was so I looked him up - he's a Dem (obv.) member of the PA House of Representatives, repping Philadelphia.

Josh would smack him down for sure. He's just won his re-election for another 4 year term as our Attorney General. And then he'll probably run for Governor after that. He takes no shit from Chump or any other Repuke.
