So... what does it take for the election to get thrown to the House?

Cause, I’m kinda wondering if this is their game plan. Delay, pressure State GOP members in swing states not to certify, request pointless recalls and file nuisance lawsuits... just basically slow walk things and hope this ends up in the House-which because it’s each state gets a vote and not each member, would likely go Trump. So, anyone with good info on this... could this work for him? Do you think this is their plan at this point? Be very happy to hear a “nah, it doesn’t work like that”
