Umm...F@#K YOU, Jim Cramer! When Will CNBC Fire This Pernicious Little Pinworm?

The same pernicious little pinworm who was telling everybody to "BUY BEAR STEARNS!" a week before the stock price dropped by 93% in 2008? Yeah, THAT guy.

I just caught the tail end of Jim Cramer's MAD MONEY. As usual, he's giving advice on what stocks to buy in light of political events. That's fine, when you're talking about politics as usual. But THIS is way out of bounds.

He said the following:

Because Biden has promised to listen to the scientists, and the scientists recommend shutting down restaurants until the pandemic is under control ..."A Biden Administration doesn't bode well for the restaurant industry because of the pandemic."

Okay, fair enough. But then he casually said the following:
"If Trump overturns the election, restaurants are more enticing than under Biden."

WTF!? "If Trump overturns the election...?" THE ELECTION IS OVER, and (according to democracy) BIDEN WON. What you're talking about, in a cold-blooded, matter of fact, strictly business way is a goddamned political COUP D'ETAT! You're gleefully musing about how to make money in the face of a COUP! Sure, it's not a coup that involves rolling tanks into Washington. It MUCH WORSE than that. It's a coup involving seditious partisan hacks abusing their political power to keep the guy who LOST the election in power. I'd take the tanks ANYDAY. At least it's OBVIOUS what you're doing.

Tell me, do the money yackers in banana republics talk this way? And is that what WE are now?

Were the financial advisors in 1973 Chile saying "Well, on the one hand, Salvador Allende won the election, so you can make money on schools and hospitals. But if Augusto Pinochet stages a coup d'état, you'd be better off investing in prisons and concentration camps. Better hedge your bets, and invest in weapons AND hospitals. Can't loose THAT way."

Cramer is an ignorant clown. Undemocratic forms of government ruled by strongmen were the default for most of human history, and still the default around much of the world. It is Western style democracy based upon rationality that is new.

Cramer's just doing what the Chicago School taught him. Yeah, it sucks, but it's what Wall Street DOES.

There is that remote control. I fired Jim Cramer a very long time ago after watching about 5 minutes of his program. His “schtick” is just wearing and his information is pretty much BS.

I don’t watch any channel where people yell into the camera.

...who casually talks about the advantages/silver lining of an American coup should be punished with more than just the remote control. He should be BOYCOTTED INTO OBLIVION, (best Shakespearean stance) to the infamy of his name, and the utter damnation of his line! I want his grandchildren to have to change their names, and his wife to sue him for everything he's got. Then, MAYBE, the other money-mouths will think twice about treating a United States coup d'etat as a casual way to make some extra money.

But I do belong to his private subscription service. And I have made a lot of money from following his recommendations. His record is not perfect -- no one is. If you are looking for that then follow your own thoughts and good luck.

BTW on his private service he comments on the market daily and he is very anti-Trump on most matters.
