Donnie wants to win at any cost. One of the states he is trying to win, by getting legislatures to act, is Michigan. He invites them out for a little meeting, after which they are apparently sitting in his hotel sipping expensive champagne. That's OK! They're Republicans! Of course, if you are a Democrat, best not so much as breathe wrong or every infotainment outlet in the country will be calling for your head.
