NEW: Congressional candidate Sean Parnell joined a lawsuit today claiming PA's mail-in voting is unconstitutional. 1. More to the point, they're trying to ban them RETROACTIVELY...

What it comes down to is the state telling voters "you have two different ways to vote" and then, once the election is over and the results are known, telling one group, "Sorry, we changed our mind...because you chose to vote in one of the authorized ways, your votes won't be counted."
