(1,725 posts)Really disappointed in Dennis Quaid. Loved him in "Frequency" my favorite of his, plus others.
Also disappointed in Isaiah Washington.
Wait, and Sabato, too, but knew about him. Remember him from General Hospital 25 years ago. Ooooh, was he hot. He's lost his hotness.
Knew about the others, too - don't give a sh*t.

(22,236 posts)Jon Voight: I think he's a great actor and I love the movies Deliverance and Holes, and will probably continue to watch movies with him in them, but Jon, you are a Trump loving dipshit.
Ted Nugent of the Amboy Dukes: One of my favorite albums from way back when was Journey to the Center of the Mind. I could never believe how someone who was so instrumental in composing the songs on that album could have turned out to be such a flaming right wing asshole as he did. Sad.
Mariano Rivera: Oh, please, say it ain't so!

(128,869 posts)they were on the "train" once the nomination was secured and let the slow-motion catastrophe continue for the next couple years until this year, when the deaths started to mount while twittler golfed.
But might we also add a new one - Ricky Schroeder who suddenly surfaced just a day ago (and had been praised just a year ago by 45).

(25,258 posts)He's up there with Ted Nugent....maybe worse....
I know most of those on the list are D-Listers, but I can't imagine them paying bail for Kyle Rittenhouse...
That is just disgusting....
I don't think even James Woods would get involved with something like this.
It's one thing to support "Law and Order", "Back the Blue" (etc) it's another to support a criminal, murderer, vigilante, militia, white nationalist, proud boy.
BumRushDaShow
(128,869 posts)(something that often happens with child stars who were unable to transition) and it seems this is a common thread for many involved in supremacist groups, where they have gone down a destructive path in their lives, manage to find others like them, and embrace the whole concept of "superiority" as an outlet that further feeds and nurtures their anger.

(14,490 posts)What's always shocking is to read the bios of these people, most of whom had very humble beginnings that they soon forgot. After enough years in the spotlight, many turn into government-hating Libertarians.
It's just a condemnation of the instinctive human condition which results in the evil of excess money, egotism and hunger for power.

(10,156 posts)It sucks because I love Galaxy Quest, The Santa Clause. But those movies are so fucking hard to watch now just because of him. Even Home Improvement. I watched one episode of last man standing and all it told me was its just a liberal bashing fest.

(52,155 posts)I loved Lois and Clark and he starred in a great film about a group of gay men called the Broken Hearts Club a Romantic Comedy back in 2000. It was made by a first time director named Greg Berlanti, who went on to produce some of the most significant LGBT tv and movies of the last 20 years. Brothers and Sisters, the whole Flash, Supergirl, DC stuff on WB, Dirty Sexy Money (first trans character played by trans actor on network TV), Dawson's Creek (first gay kiss on network TV), Love Simon and Love Victor. Certainly Dean Cain being willing to be in that film twenty years ago helped it succeed and gave Berlanti a good start, plus he was actually good in it. It honestly breaks my heart to see him be a full out Trumper.
