Throwing out entire election?
Throwing out certain states?
Throwing out certain counties?


In PA they were trying to throw out the whole state (6.8 million votes).

That's my guess. Try to sow enough doubt about the validity of the results that the right-wing justices will have "no choice" but to invalidate the election and let the House of Representatives decide the winner.

They all have lifetime appointments. They don't need Donald J. Trump any longer.

Chief Justice Roberts will lead the way in preserving the Constitutional election of a President. Loyalty to Trump ends there, I'm certain. Any case will end up with a 6-3 or 7-2 majority decision to preserve the Constitution and prevent Trump's Travesty.

Watch. In reality, the SCOTUS will probably simply refuse to consider the matter, assuming that any appeals court, en banc, overturns a lower court's decision. Time will run out for Trump, and a new President will be inaugurated.

Once that's clear, Trump will resign to get his pardon from Pence.
