If that is the case (and I know it is for me and my family), there is no other excuse for the behavior we are witnessing in so many areas of the country that we are witnessing a suicide cult on an unimaginable, massive scale.

The real cognitive dissonance is that the orange cult leader calls it a hoax...but said he caught it...but his cult still thinks it is a hoax.

I now have 13 grandchildren between the ages of 2 and 17.

All I have left to do now is pay bills and hunt and fish.

Life has often been a horrific struggle, but considering where I started I can't complain about where I am now. All I hope for now is that all victims of poor parenting, drug abuse, poverty and divorce can recognize the few opportunities that come their way and have to ability to seize them. Thankfully,I had my older sister to light my way. Without her I would not have survived.

You sound like a grounded person who cares about those around you. You have been richly rewarded by that what matters - family, Yes, that makes you a Democrat because you get that life isn't about "me,me,me". Present evidence it is a cult? The suspension of seeing what is in one's best self interest?
I worked with a narcissist or sociopath once. She was bent on destruction, which directly would have created her own demise. (Remote office) I was so perplexed, it was so illogical. Until I read up on it. And it has a mental health designation.

Now, she didnt have any followers. (But she did have power) The most # of followers she could have had was 14. Was the sample group just too small, too educated or whatever?

Given a wider populace, and a TV network, she could have found a base. And they would've followed her directive right into oblivion as well---is the supposition here, I guess.

But is cult thinking a mental health disorder? Thats my question. Brain washing, yes. When you read about malignant narcissists and sociopaths its very hard to treat. If they dont recognize it, the best advice was "get away". No hope. That was the general advice.

So short of these people "getting away" from tRump, can they even see the destruction. No. Plus, if he evaporated tomorrow, another type could step in, it looks like now.

Now we know--- that a % of population is extremely, dangerously, malleable. And Faux news isnt going anywhere.
