Here we have a Covid-denier in Germany comparing herself to Sophie Scholl.

Who was Sophie Scholl? She was a teenage-girl in the Third Reich who, along with two other teenagers, formed the secret resistance-group "White Rose" and distributed leaflets calling on people to not let the authoritarian Nazis take everything over. She was executed by the Nazis via firing squad along with the two other teenagers when a janitor ratted them out.

And here we have a woman who laments about being treated like Sophie Scholl while sharing her opinion IN PUBLIC and BEING PROTECTED BY POLICE.





I have met so, so, so,so many of these people. Online and in real life. "Conspiracy-theorist" is the wrong term for them. They are professional victims.

Being a victim is their whole persona.

They are the victims because their freedom to harm and discriminate other people has been taken away from them!

They are the victims because the evil government MIGHT encroach on the 2nd Amendment rights any second now.

They are the victims because the news-media and social-media refuses to distribute their talking-points free-of-charge.

They are the victims because they are the ignored geniuses who can see the hidden truth!

They are the victims because they are heroes fighting against some undefined evil that nobody except for them can see AND NOBODY APPRECIATES THEIR WORK!



And that's why you cannot convince mask-refusers and covid-deniers and anti-vaxxers and 9/11-truthers and birthers and Biden-election-truthers and Flat-Earthers and creationists and Sovereign Citizens and whatnot with facts.

You CANNOT.

Because debunking their opinion would take away the most precious thing they have: Their status as a victim that deserves special treatment.

Being a victim of some injustice and lamenting about it is all they have in life. There is nothing else.

They are, say it with me, "professional victims".
