Well, The Fat Lady Is About To Sing...

I got to admit I had concerns. I never imagined there could be so many potential ways to overturn an election.

History will no doubt chronicle the past 4 years as a dark, if not the darkest, period in the life span of this great country. We elected a self-serving man to the Presidency who had no respect for the people or the Constitution and damn near destroyed what had taken two and a half centuries to build.

My parting words to Donald J Trump...good f'n riddance.

But far from the darkest. There was an actual civil war that one time. That was pretty rough.

But we're probably in company with the group of runners-up. I wasn't around for the lead up to the Civil War, or the post Civil War era, nor was I around for the 1960's with the assassinations of the Kennedies, and MLK, amongst others, so I don't know how that compares. But I feel, we're probably at least in the same ballpark.

There's been some shitty times in our country's history. But it's made it through. And we're usually stronger, free-er, and better afterwards. I only manage to keep going by remembering that, and hoping it'll be true once again.

I was referring to Presidents who had an agenda...Trump never expected to be President and never wanted to be President. Once he got there, he just wanted to exploit it, at any cost.

The Civil War was fought by honorable men over what they believed in. No one was fighting to be a dictator...to my knowledge.

The assassinations were dark moments that reflect the darker side of humanity. Trump hasn't done a whole helluva' lot to improve that situation either...

His cult is as crazy as he is and the GOP has been fucking with us for over 40 years so I don't expect the GOP to change their tune any time soon. As long as tRump has his cult we will have to fight tooth and nail. First thing we must do is tackle voter suppression big time. Make it a national holiday, paid leave, etc.

The GOP gets $ and power from tRump so they will not abandon him anytime soon and his cult never will. That is why we are not safe until he is dead.

And don't forget, Barron is only a teenager. He has the tRump/Melania DNA so we won't be free of their greedy desires for a long time. I don't trust anyone associated with him and never will.
