Anti-Masker dies of COVID - age 50

On October 24th a victim of Trump and Fox News, posted this on Facebook:

On October 30th he posted:

"I have covid, so I'll be off Facebook. Prayers would be greatly appreciated."

On November 3rd he shared:

"Back in the emergency room pneumonia in both lungs."

On November 17th, he died.

In the interest of protecting privacy I will not share his name. He was a colleague of a friend. Very sad, in spite of him being misled and disregarding common sense.

He made a choice and met his fate. Many of those he exposed didn't make that choice. They may suffer because of HIS choice.

There are far too many people willing to follow Fat Nixon down the path to Jonestown 2020. The fact that there are others who probably were infected by this person in spite of the evidence that masking is necessary is the horrifying reality we are faced with. Trump bought Scott Atlas' nonsense about herd immunity which is criminal.

I'd rather nobody die, but it is my fervent hope that if people must die, it will be people like this. Unrepentant rat-lickers that will screw the rest of us out of pure ignorance and laugh while doing so. The best I can do is a type of disgusted pity.

Brainwashing.

That is sad so many brainwashed have to die bc of the Hell Monster.

74 million voters don't care if it happens to them, either.

But basic fourth grade science education would also have saved him.

They are victims, but they desired something that resulted in their own demise. They desired it.

I just don't get it. In middle school, I was convinced a nuclear war would mutate everyone into elves and orcs, but eventually I grew up and realized objective evidence wins out over empty allegations every time. Maybe Trump dog-whistled to his base that a regression to sixth-grade level of reasoning would be Red, White and Patriotic.

Because . . . a bizarre definition of freedom and liberty and the application of plain ole stubborn ignorance. Don't wish anyone ill but a story like this one is a prime example of what can happen when you turn your back on medical advice and common sense. Not to mention the people you'll take down with you.

Learning the hard way shouldn't be this hard. But here we are!

I truly don’t want anyone to die. But if I could make the rules only deniers would. Unfortunately they will infect others who are trying hard not to get this virus.

I’m a science major. And I actually understand the resistance to climate change as it seems so far off and not acute, as crazy as that sounds. People are people.

But to deny a disease that is killing thousands of our fellow citizens is like drinking Flavor-aid. Which is actually what they drank at Jonestown.

Then, when they fall victim to their own arrogance, they have the nerve to post requests for prayers from the same people they just told to go to hell.

What these people don't understand is that those who pray, pray that they wear their masks to begin with. When they refuse, and mock those who prayed for them, they lose the right to be taken seriously later on.
