The Dow moving up is a sign that Wall Street etc. are glad to see Biden begin his transition. This is good, this means that the "real money" want's the Donald out of there. Never forget when money talks Republicans obey, so expect his supporters with political power to start to run away. I love the idea of them being between a rock and a hard place.
