Talk about hiding in plain sight. Sidney Powell is using the son of 8chan/8kun (host of Qanon) owner Jim Watkins as a "network & information cyber-security expert" in her court filing.

I really wonder what the judge will do with it.

Will he want the testimony of all these witnesses who have filled out affidavits?

Or will he/she just toss the entire thing?

They claim, among other things, that the Dominion software was developed to be sure Hugo Chavez won an election in Venezuela, and it's so insidious that there's no way to prove that its "ballot-stuffing" function actually exists! So if you can't prove something exists, the inability to prove that thing's existence is proof of its existence! Brilliant!

are the number of affidavits and supposed witnesses alleging they saw ballots for Trump placed in piles of ballots for Biden and other observations, and some former Hugo Chavez security people who claim the Dominion systems were manipulable. Some of them are silly, like several witnesses saying that poll workers were "mean" to Republicans but "nice" to Democrats.

I believe affidavits are signed under penalty of perjury, and so I'm wondering if the judge/judges will actually give these claims weight, and maybe elicit their testimony. These witnesses are risking a lot by participating in this lawsuit, one would think.

What constitutes "evidence"? Will a judge find that these witnesses are worth examining, or will the whole thing just be tossed?

the judge will put this whole mess out in the alley to be picked up with the other trash. A huge pile of bullshit is still bullshit even if it's a huge pile.

to get me to lie on an affidavit or in front of a judge.

I wonder why these people do it? If they were paid, isn't that a crime in itself?

(just rhetorical or unanswerable questions, I guess)

With illegal help from zombies like Hugo Chavez! Talk about suspicious, there was a water leak! We must also disregard all the absentee ballots that were never returned!
