They pulled a lamp table from another room and a random (200-year-old) chair for him to set his fat ass in.

He wanted it in front of the picture of Washington, and he ordered someone to make it happen. It was hastily arranged and not well-thought-out, but it happened, as dictated by his majesty.

That’s my guess.

He might've Sharpie'd the hell out of it though ... "Biden Sucks", "Crooked Hillary", "Hussein Obama" and such scrawled all over it.
