Dane County completes presidential recount

Dane County completed its recount of votes in the presidential election Saturday evening but had not certified the results.

County Clerk Scott McDonell said precinct information was still being reconciled and data was being prepared for certification.

The Board of Canvass will meet at 10 a.m. Sunday at Monona Terrace, with a live feed for the final vote, McDonell said.

That is 10 am CST or 11 am EST

Milwaukee gave Biden more votes, and Dane isn't going to give us any surprises either. Glad that the Anus had to shell out some cash though.

I've only been to Wisconsin once. We spent most of our time at Monona Terrace. It was for a regional LGBTQ+ college conference. While there, my group had the chance to speak to a very impressive newly-minted member of the US House of Representatives. We were appalled when a member of our group saw a piece of lint on her jacket and picked it off without asking. That US house representative you will know today as Senator Tammy Baldwin. I still cringe when remember that!

It was a strange time all around though. One of our group managed to have a collision with the director prisons for the state of Wisconsin, who was apparently the nicest person ever. I rode back home to Missouri in that wrecked car, which had the deployed airbag hanging out of the steering wheel.
