Georgia issues, then reverses, TRO temporary restraining order to preserve the voting machines

The Kraken clown car sought, and obtained, a temporary restraining to prevent the state from clearing the Dominion machines in the ordinary course of closing out the elections.

Unfortunately for the crack legal team - individual counties possess the machines - not the state. They only sued the state. The court reversed its TRO upon being informed that it did not have jurisdiciton (in this suit) over the entities that possessed the machines.

Oops. It's always good to make sure you understand the facts before making a fool of yourself.

Sorry for the odd link - US media does not appear to be covering this. I found it when I looked to see if Trump had tweeted anything else I could report, and found this:

I'm all for transparency. If there's nothing to hide, then why is it an issue to clear the record right away? Am I missing something?

Early voting starting December 14 (2 weeks from now) using the same equipment. On most voting systems, only one election can be programmed at a time. So the old election needs to be removed so the new one can be programmed. To the extent they need to print ballots to mail out, the time frame is even tighter since the election would need to be finalized before ballots are printed.

So the timeframe to do whatever is necessary to switch from the November election to the January runoff is likely tighter than usua..

I don't know Dominion, specifically, but I'm familiar with the general process of setting up elections on other systems.

And - as someone else suggested - each vote is recorded on a paper ballot that is not in danger of being cleared out.

I was also not really commenting on whether the machines should be preserved, as is, was a good thing. Just the incompetence of the team trying to steal the election.

Hope this order doesn't interfere with the runoff election. December 14 (early voting starts) is very close. Fortunately, with only one office and two candidates it should be a quick program.

The very first order of business...i mean the VERY FIRST order of business for President Biden is to ensure the DOD Judge Advocate General opens an Article 32 Hearing and strip Flynn of his retirement.

Some folks don't realize that you still have to maintain "honorable" status to continue receiving military retirement.

Some of the things that can cost you retirement are felony convictions. A pardon doesn't immunize you from losing your retirement, as that is a strictly administrative non-judicial action.

We strip retirement and military benefits from rapist and murderers. We should do the same for perjury to the FBI and sedition.

You must maintain "HONOR" in order to retain military benefits.

This fuckstick needs to be stripped of his rank and privilege.

He no longer meets the standard.
