You ever seen a lazy raccoon?

Love this Covid ad, but the Germans don't seem to know much about raccoons.

We did - absolutely nothing - being as lazy as raccoons. Maybe, if they got to around putting the trash out in raccoon territory, they might have learned something about our not so lazy little critters.

Very very fat. We have a storm drain in front of our house. It is also known as our street's entrance to the raccoon subway. We see them all the time. Fortunately they stay out of the back yard usually so they haven't hurt or killed our dogs.

If a racoon has water and abundant food nearby (like hundreds of trashcans full of yummy tidbits) they won't travel much.

But racoons in wild desert areas often have to travel a ways and be a lot more industrious to find their dinner.
