...and have the legislature award electors. But there would be an issue with Pennsylvania under that scenario, as legislative terms expire today. So, to appoint a slate of Trump electors, the new legislature would have to meet…but they can’t unless the election is certified…in other words, it’s Catch-22 for 45.
